I went to Alpenglow sometime ago after switching dental insurance. Hopefully my experience is an isolated one but basically I was told I had cavities which surprised me quite a bit since I have not had any issues my entire life and am fairly diligent with my dental hygiene. After leaving with an uneasy feeling I ended up going in to another dentist who confirmed that while I had some minor issues that needed to be addressed I definitely did not have cavities. That confirmation totally turned me off and made me a bit suspicious about how thorough or educated the practitioner here is so I would just pay close attention..

Dr. Benzon and his staff are the best. I hadn’t been to a regular dentist for 20 years. I had an abscessed tooth about 13 months ago, on an emergency basis I went in and had the tooth fixed; however, I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Benzon and his staff and now am a regular patient and will continue to be one for the next 20 years. Not having a regular dentist for several years did create some problems for myself, but we set out a plan of action and was able to fix everything tooth related in about a 6 month time frame from when I first came in with the abscessed tooth.

I had a crown pop loose on Saturday (THE CROWN WAS NOT INSTALLED BY ALPENGLOW). I needed it fixed and whattaya know, every dentist takes Saturday off. A Google search showed that Alpenglow was the only office in the area that was still open from 8 to 8. Hurray! I called and got a robot answer with no mention of hours. I went up to the office at noon and nobody was there. I went again at 2:30 and the office was still dark. Unlucky for me, I guess. Dear Alpenglow, if you’re not open at specific hours, please do not waste my time by saying you are.

My previous dentist retired and I had to go on the search for a new one, I was extremely nervous because I’ve never been fond of the dentist but Alpenglow was great! I felt comfortable and safe being there, I will definitely be going back to them.

I have never been nervous to go to the dentist. I hated going, but I wasn’t nervous. I was really nervous this time because of some trauma to my teeth and everyone made me feel good and helped me not be so scared for any news that the dentist was going to give me. The office was very nice. Clean, decorated very lovely, and even calming. And I am so grateful for the membership plans that are offered, since I do not have dental insurance. Highly recommend!
