Ren was super welcoming, friendly and caring. She was also very knowledgeable about the whole process. I felt like I was in good hands and she got me feeling good about getting started with this alignment journey! So grateful to have this in person clinic close to home, makes things a lot easier for me. Thank you Edit 12.09.23 I did feel something was off with my interaction with Ren and Betty. They were coming across somewhat superficial, I didn’t mention this because I thought it was just my personal experience and not truly reflective of their practice. Now it seems clear they knew the company was on its last leg, probably wasn’t going to last until the end of my treatment, and did not come clean about this with me. Based on the reviews here they clearly were not upfront about this with anyone else over the past few months either. I was given a lifetime guarantee, signed up for a payment plan, and now one week later the company is filing for liquidation, all lifetime guarantees now ended, and they still expect people to complete their payment plans. I received no update today about this change, nor have I heard about the aligners that were supposed to arrive in one week... and I most definitely do not want them to arrive. Hoping to hear back from Ren or Betty and get some clarity on the situation.

Horrible. Retainers never fit, I could never get ahold of anyone to help me. It’s been almost 1 year of fighting them about sending our end bill and approving my wife to be on the account. Complete joke. I’d never do it again, absolute waste of time and money.

I went to my appointment assuming that it is a consultation to get all of my questions answers before i moved on with a $3000 decision. At first the appointment was going good even though I had to wait for over an hour to be seen. Your emails said 30 minutes and I was there for almost 2 hours. When it came down to the end the female saleswomen would not take no for answer and tried pushing me into a decision right then and there. Which I didn’t appreciate at all. As it is a $3000 decision I wanted to think on it more and make sure it is the right choice for me. After my experience I really have a hard time thinking that I would ever want to move forward with smile direct ever.

No happy with my appointment at all. All was going ok until we got near the end and I was told I needed to make the choice right then and there. If I did not pay the $300 down and order the kit right then at my appointment, all my info is deleted and if I did decide to go through with it I would have to do the whole appointment over again. I assumed it was more of a consultation and I would have some time to think on the choices. The woman just kept telling me, we did give you all of the information before the appointment so you should be able to go ahead with it right now. After I voiced my concerns of needing to think on all of the information I was given, the woman’s whole demeanor changed. She just kept saying it over and over, you have all of the information you will have to sign up right now or not at all and she just got super irritated that I wasn’t completely sold on it. I thought the whole point of the visit was to get the info and answers to my questions. I didn’t think I would have to make that big decision right at that moment. I booked another appointment for in a few weeks so I can think on it but now I’m not sure I will even go through with it after that experience.
