Worst orthodontic experience I’ve experienced. They’re overbooked, can’t schedule patients when they need to be seen, then threaten "dismissal" because THEY scheduled too far out. And this after they felt the need to remind me how many times they’ve called me (I’ve been calling for two days only to be put on hold every time I call), but you need to plan free time during the day if you need to have a conversation with them so you can jump through their hoops. When I tried to explain my frustration, they again tried to make it my problem. Communication sucks, and they’re not willing to listen or improve. There’s a lot of orthodontists around. This office works against me, not with me. This is the last kiddo of mine that will be treated by Burg.

First time bringing my kids here for their firs dental visit ever and everyone was so nice and easy going. No one made us feel bad. I love that they have little somethings for after for the kids. I will definitely keep them as out dentist and highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely love going to Burg for my son. The assistants are so loving and patient. Trying to make the visit as smooth as possible! And as for the Dr he’s very quick answers all concerns super great with interacting with my son who will be 3. Best team hands down!

Great experience for my 14 month old , they were gentle with him. I am so glad his first visit went very well ♥️ My son’s natural reaction was fear but he felt very welcome due to the assistant and dentist . I can’t wait for his next visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a toddler and it’s their first time. Thank you again♥️
