We transferred from an office in Logan, UT, and Neibaur did everything they could to make it an easy transition. Holly did our initial consult, and she was very knowledgeable on what we were dealing with. We had Medicaid, and transferring with Medicaid is a giant pain! Kara had to work with Medicaid over and over again. They kept denying the claim because my daughter’s teeth “weren’t bad enough”, apparently forgetting that the braces were already in her mouth. We finally convinced them to accept the claim, scheduled an appointment, and then they decided to deny the claim again. Honestly, I basically gave up. I didn’t know what to do. But behind the scenes Kara was fighting for us again, and with her skills she was able to convince Medicaid to pay to continue her care. I don’t know how she did it, but she saved the day! Now our appointments are normal, and regular. The staff we see are kind and professional, and do a great job. Even without the Medicaid struggles I would still go to Neibar, but their determination to take care of our issues really showed how dedicated they are. Thank you Neibaur Family Orthodonics!

The test of a person or organization is when there is a misunderstanding. I can vouch for the Neibaur team that they handle those things in a patient and graceful way. They want you to know they are on your side and really care about, not just fairness in billing, and giving you the best treatment they can, but also how you feel about the experience. We shopped around and had consultations at several different orthodontic offices and ultimately chose Neibaur Family. Our boy got his braces on yesterday! They really seem to care about all of their patients and they really took their time making sure everything was perfect and we knew exactly what to expect before we left. I look forward to updating my review once he completes his treatment, but we are really happy so far!

Neibaur Family Orthodontics is the best! We really love the friendly office staff and Dr. Ben. Dr. Ben makes my children feel at ease and is always fun and personable with them. Dr. Ben informed me at our free consultation for my oldest daughter that she had a tooth growing in sideways. Dr. Ben told me that we should have our dentist pull her baby tooth to help the permanent tooth find its way down. I felt that his advice saved us from serious future dental problems. Dr. Ben took the time to contact our dentist to inform him of the situation. This was all from a free consultation! My youngest daughter also had dental problems making her feel uncomfortable to smile. Dr. Ben fixed her teeth within a year and my daughter couldn’t be happier with her results! I really appreciate how the office focuses on making the kids appointments fun and enjoyable, but what I really like is how efficient and professional they are. I can make appointments for my children near their school lunch time knowing that my kids will miss little school because of their efficiency.Their quick and easy financing is great! My close friend recommended them to me and I have recommended them to other friends who have all really liked them. I love how honest Dr. Ben and his staff are. I have had all my children see Dr. Ben and we couldn’t be happier with their teeth!

Dr. Ben is a great orthodontist who cares about his patients! He does a very thorough job in explaining the plan for treatment and holds my son accountable for keeping his teeth in good shape! They earn points for excellent hygiene and earn rewards for taking care of their braces. It is a great motivator for my son and they are making our investment worth it as he takes cares of his teeth and braces. The staff is great and friendly as well. I’m very impressed with Dr. Ben and his wife Holly because of the honest and excellent way they run their office!

We LOVE Dr. Ben and everyone at Neibaur Family Orthodontics. They are professional, courteous, and do great work. My oldest has finished braces with them and has a beautiful smile. My second had cancer treatment as a toddler, and the chemo while he teeth were developing made his teeth really complicated. Ben has been so wonderful and knowledgeable. Both my second and my third kids are currently in braces, and we have nothing but good to say about Dr. Ben and our experience with Neibaur Orthodontics. We highly recommend them!

This is our first experience having a child with braces. We have loved Dr. Neibaur and his staff. Dr. Ben puts his patients at ease, he works quickly and efficiently. The office is colorful, clean and fun (fresh chocolate chip cookies! Yum!). ALL of my kids enjoy going to my oldest son’s appointments. The prices for braces at Dr. Ben’s were wonderful, we have had such a great experience and will definitely be bringing the next 3 kids here for their braces.
