Cleaning 2My wife made an appointment here and she walked in was friendly and the older lady with the short grey hair was very condescending towards her and rude at the reception desk. No smile, no hi. She was not friendly at all. She acted as if she was bothering her. She should look for another job if she can’t follow through with customer service duties or fire her clearly there is a problem with the front end desk. So many bad reviews and its probably the same lady!

Dr. Hansen and her staff go above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and calm during my appointments for years. As much as I hate dentist appointments, I know they’ll take care of me.

I want to share my experience with Dr. Greenhalgh hes been my dentist for 19 years now and he’s an amazing Dr. Greenhalgh and his Assistance is the only Dentist I’ll see I have health problems and he’s a very caring person he also sees my kids and they feel very comfortable with him. Also Dr Greenhalgh is the only dentist they want to see Thank you so very much Dr. Greenhalgh and everyone in the office Merry Christmas

I have seen dentists from this office for as long as I can remember. All dentists have always been kind and work on my whole family. Unfortunately the newer receptionist is very unkind and makes it VERY difficult to be seen. She states they are booked out for months, but if you call back and get someone else, they’re usually able to get you seen. Even if it’s just for a cleaning. I’ll travel a good distance to see these guys. I’m going to start looking for a dentist closer to home. It’s always sad when one person with poor people skills and cost a business a whole families worth of business.

My family of 4 just saw Dr. Steve Smith and his assistant Ginger for cleanings! We truly had the best dental experience to date! They were patient and fun with my 3 and 6 year old! They were very knowledgeable and informative. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend!
