Amazing Team 2First time here everyone was great only problem was the assistant who cleaned his teeth. I wish she was a little nicer and gently and more patient. Its not so hard to tell when someone is getting frustrated which I understand but this is a PEDIATRIC Dentistry. She put her finger on his top teeth to keep them open which I’m not sure if that’s what you’re suppose to do which I was okay. The problem was several times not just once she would pull up in yanking motion 2-3 times and tell him "you have to open" he has a small mouth he cannot open so wide as some kids. She would stop and do it again this happened during his whole cleaning several times I lost count. My son kept closing his mouth not all the way but just a little trying to communicate it was discomfort due to extreme teeth sensitivity he has. I reschedule but after my toddler saying she pulled his teeth up and down after the appointment I will cancel.

We really love this office and Dr. Chaimberlain! They and so sweet and patient. They get us in and out quickly and have lots of murals and movies and fish tanks and prizes in the token machines at the end that help take the focus off the less-fun parts of going to the dentist. It’s important to me that my son has lots of good experiences ar the dentist while he’s growing up, and I think picking a fun office like this one is an important part of giving him that.

I have been taking my children to South Valley Pediatric Dentistry for the last 8+ years. My daughter has anxiety and going to the dentist has always been a difficult thing for her. She is now 11 and is still pretty nervous to even have her teeth cleaned. Each time we have visited the office we have been met with kindness and patience. Dr. Chamberlain and his staff have always worked hard to make sure that both of my children are comfortable and we have never been rushed during an anxiety meltdown. They have always done their best to help my children calm down and feel safe. We have always felt like we were a top priority to all the staff. Because of the kindness South Valley has always shown my family we have continued to come to South Valley even after moving out of Springville 6 years ago. I would absolutely recommend them!

My 21 month son had an accident and broke one of his bottom teeth. The office fit him in that day and the dentist removed the tooth since he could save it. The whole office was amazing and I am so greatful they got us it before it became a much bigger mess!

They have worked so well with my daughter. They are very patient, friendly and kind. they make the appointments fun for the kids. We will only go there.
