I’m giving them 2 stars only because my initial conversation was great. Once I received the over priced fees with insurance benefits I called to explain and cancel. I was hung up on and I was not being rude or anything to deserve being disregarded. Definitely don’t expect good customer service unless you are 100% agreeable with everything.

Ultra professional quality care beginning with the delightful front desk personnel to the skilled dental assistant to the excellent doctor; superb job of prepping this patient with explanations, thorough responses to all questions, proper anesthesia and pain management, surgical procedure, at-home care instructions and follow-up. I will certainly be a repeat patient should the need arise, despite a drive from North Carolina! 😊

Dr Bussey and her staff are excellent! I highly recommend Dr Bussey. Gentle, explains everything and calmed my ragged nerves! My husband also saw her after me and totally agreed with my comments.

I located Dr Bussey in the provider directory of my employer while seeking a doctor in my network to perform a root canal. I had heard horror stories about root canals and was very uneasy about the procedure, boy was I wrong! Dr Bussey assured me that this would be on the same level as filling a cavity in terms of any pain....to be honest the only discomfort which was minimal were the shots to numb the tooth, she was pleasant and so was her assistant and receptionist. The only negative was I couldn’t keep her as my primary dentist ☹️
