I wish I could give a better review! I waited 2 hours for 2 minutes of Dr.Spain’s time. Needed to have a tooth put back in my upper plate! I wasn’t told that he would be sending my denture out to be repaired, and he didn’t want to give me a day to pick it up! He didn’t seem professional about it! So 2 days later I go to pick my upper plate up and had to wait an hour! The waiting room isn’t bad, but go to the bathroom and you can’t unsee how unorganized it is! I’d be amazed if they can find any paperwork! The Dr’s desk was terribly cluttered! I honestly felt like he didn’t want me there! Now for my upper plate! Worst repair! I can’t believe it, they don’t even feel right! I will be getting a different dentist! I wanted to be positive, but I have to be honest! To the ladies at the front desk, thank you for being nice 😊!

My initial experience with this office was amazing, I had extractions done with no issues. I returned a month later to prep for partial dentures around November and was told I’d hear back from them around late December or early January. Here it is now March and I’ve made well over 50 calls and have left endless voice-mail messages with no return call and no resolution whatsoever. I’m not even sure if my insurance will pay for me to have these same services again somewhere else so I guess I’m just at a lose lose. Thanks bunches

I have literally called 26 times in the past two weeks and have not heard anything back. I was once able to leave a voicemail but it has been full ever since and I haven’t heard anything. I had an initial appointment and was supposed to have another tomorrow but have decided I will not be going. Also it’s a HUGE red flag that the dentist himself left a 5 star review acting like a patient but the review still has his name on it. And all the positive reviews seem to be from workers or his family (same last name) it’s super sketchy. And the pictures of the equipment are accurate, they just don’t allow phones in the back anymore. They have handwritten signs about it everywhere, along with signs saying they need their money right away. Like I understand making a professional looking post but having handwritten signs everywhere makes you look unhinged and unprofessional.
