I went to this facility needing 2 broken teeth fixed. From making my appointment to the visit, I was impressed. When I was told one tooth could only be extracted and the other could be crowded, I kept waiting to be talked into a bridge for the extraction. It was not suggested and the entire cost was better than what I felt it might cost me for the crown alone. I was even offered to do payments if I wanted. It was refreshing to feel I had a group I could trust. I felt this was God directed. I will reccomend this group to others. The staff is professional and compassionate.

I cannot say enough about out this wonderful dental office! My wife and I are new to the Chesapeake area coming from Virginia Beach so we are transferring over to Cedar Lakes Dental. It is in a great location that is easy to get to in Chesapeake, the office is JUST BEAUTIFUL! They definitely checked all of the boxes we were looking for in a new family dentist. They have a super fast and easy way to book appointments through text or over the phone. We were able to get appointments quickly, the staff is just wonderful and easy to communicate with and the initial first visit was great they took several X-rays and even 3D X-rays to get me up and running, they have some of the latest equipment and some of the nicest dental assists and they really do a great job going over everything and making suggestions to improve my dental care! This is a highly recommended dental office!

Cedar lakes dental office is amazing. Everyone there is wonderful , very professional and caring. My doctor explained everything she was going to do and met all of my needs. I have never had a better experience at a dental office than this one. Thank you, again. I recommend them highly. You will be glad you were treated there.

This entire team is incredibly nice and very understanding of shifting schedules. My work has me traveling all over on short notice. Every time I’ve had to change schedule they’ve been fantastic about it. Even fitting me in same day if they can. The hygenist techs are courteous and very efficient. The doctors and dental assistants show careful and intelligent diligence with their tasks. I’m very happy to have found them and that they are in my area.

I have given my business to this facility over the past several years. I continued to give grace when they ran behind, lost my records, overcharged me, but today was the last time that I will visit this facility. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. The lady at the front desk checked me in promptly and was super nice shortly after I was greated by Erin who immediately had negative energy when asking me if I received the confirmation texts. I said yes, I do, but I did just get a new phone so I only received the one text message just confirming my appointment. She then stated that I needed to confirm before noon the day prior to keep my appointment. Which I totally understand, but again I let her know that I didn’t receive that nor did I receive a phone call out of common curiosity to let me know that they would cancel my appointment. She then says, " Well we can try to work you in if you next guest doesn’t show up" I let her know how unhappy I have been over the years with the professionalism and the lack of organization. I feel that every time they made a mistake I went out of my way to continue to support them. Erin didn’t go out of her way to make the situation better. When she did say sorry her apology did not feel genuine. I hope that in the future you all can treat your guests with more respect as I did make this appointment 3 months prior due to having a busy schedule.
