Highly recommended- one of the best endodontist practices anywhere in Virginia. Had some negative experiences with dental practices in the past, but this office is light years away in patient comfort & assurance. Dr. Carson explained throughout the root canal procedure what was done + I didn’t even feel pain with the numbing needle! They are hands-down the best around!

The entire staff was amazing. When I called to make my appointment they made sure my insurance was in network, asked about pain levels and got in right away. Dr Petley was great! He took time to explain everything to me and is so personable which really helps when you’re having a root canal done. I can not say enough positive things about this practice!

Today I had a root canal completed and it was a wonderful experience! You would never expect getting a root canal would be any fun. Dr Pat Petley was kind, gentle, out going and made me feel safe and comfortable. I was very nervous and scared of getting the local anesthetic (shot to make you numb) but Dr Petley’s injection was easy and smooth. Dr Carson’s office is very high tech, up to date and their technology is high quality. I was very impressed. The level of care Dr Petley has for his patients and his work is incredible and hard to find. I am genuinely impressed. Also, his assistant Mindy was very sweet and you could tell they had awesome teamwork. I also had the pleasure to meet the office manager Kim, she tied the whole experience together with yet more above excellent care and demeanor. What a great office and I had an excellent experience! Highly recommended!!

Let me start by saying, I have never had any type of dental experience that was pleasant until now. At Carson Endodontics, not only was everyone incredibly friendly, but I felt absolutely no pain at any point of my root canal procedure. The doctor was engaging and kept my attention with very interesting topics. He explained every procedure performed and constantly checked to ensure I was comfortably. In this day and age where customer service and workmanship seems to be lost, the doctor and staff at Carson Endodontics deliver the highest quality. You have me and my family as patients forever! Thank you.
