I absolutely love doctor bonesteel but I will not be going back to the office due to the rude woman up front. A month back I had a few questions about whitening and doing it in the office. I felt like she was extremely short with her answers and misleading about the procedure. When I voice my concerns today about how I felt I was basically called a liar and told that she can't remember everything she says to everyone. It's really sad because I do think dr. Bonesteel is a wonderful dentist but the lady that takes the payments is extremely rude. Up until today when I had a concern about her behavior and voice that concern, she had never even looked in my direction or even said hello. She mostly looks down tells you the cost, takes the money and just keeps it moving. Makes you feel like you're not welcome in the office. I've had this experience every time I've been the last four times and I'm just not willing to be treated this way. Especially when the procedure that I got was elective and paid out of pocket it. Out front staff needs more training on customer services and needs more knowledge on how to explain the services offered. Without trying to make people feel stupid or an inconvenience. He'll be hard to replace doctor bonesteel but I'm just not going to be treated that way.

Dr. Bonesteel is the best dentist I've ever had, some of his staff on the other hand... Extremely rude, literally making fun of people within earshot behind the window. Completely immature and the cause for me and my girlfriend to switch dentists. We aren't the first to say something about it but hopefully we will be the last.

I hate the dentist dang on near terrified but this place I don’t mind and will go again

I had a problem with a tooth today that Dr Bonesteel took care of. Office staff was kind and helped me get an appointment in a timely manner. I do not do well with dental anything and the doc put me at ease. I am so grateful for his help today! Excellent experience overall from check in and out. He was excellent at explaining what was going on to me so I could grasp it.
