You (and your sanity) deserve better than what this office can provide. The stress of dealing with their office staff makes the rest of the clinical experience irrelevant. They have the least competent front desk that I’ve encountered. The receptionist doesn’t answer the phones regularly, nor call you back from voicemails that they ask you to leave, and is usually some flavor of, ’irritated you’re asking something’. Instead of sending out appointment reminders, they will send you a bill for hundreds of dollars out of the blue, even though you haven’t been to their office in over a year. Cute, right? If you call them about your bill- good luck. The receptionist is all "uhhhs" and "umms", and will ask for your contact info, just to hang up and never get back in touch with you. Don’t waste your time here. I’ve been avoiding all dentists because of the experience that this team provides.

New to the area, found them while searching for dentists that took my insurance. Was TERRIFIED by the reviews thinking I was going to have a terrible experience. It ended up being okay, I give it 4 stars in part because the staff are super friendly, nice and welcoming. I went in for a cleaning, and I will say she wasn’t super rough with me like last reviews said, however she got water everywhere. She cleaned my teeth, okay too. Not as throughly as my past dentist had done, but okay. She also flossed me which was weird because no dentist had done that to me before. I’m going back in for a filling, so we’ll see how this goes. I don’t think I will be going to them long term, but for now, since I’m only going in for cleanings they should be okay.

i went here for a few years mainly because i was too lazy to change locations. i never had the same dentist twice and the past few times i went the hygienist was very rough and unfriendly. the dentist i happened to see that time was rude and said i needed a bunch of cavities filled and kept sighing like i was an inconvenience. i went to a new dentist recently and the teeth that had so called cavities were completely fine. the receptionists are always nice, but you end up waiting well past your appointment time.

Terrible. Very rough with my mouth, pushing against my erupting tooth until I actually cried out in pain. Banged her instruments around until the roof of my mouth bled. Mind you, she didn’t even do anything -- I went in for a cleaning that never got done, just an X-ray and visual inspection, and she still left me sore for 2 days. Barely spoke to me, never looked at me, just sent me up front with a recommendation for about 50 different procedures. There’s something off about her, so I’m seeking a second opinion instead. I have a hard time believing I went from a healthy mouth to needing half my teeth filled in less than a year, that’s just fishy. Avoid this place at all costs. UPDATE: I got a second opinion from one of the best dentists in Richmond, and they said I had ZERO cavities and didn’t need any of the procedures previously recommended, apart from wisdom tooth extraction (which I already knew). These people straight up tried to scam me. Shame on them.

Great care and professionalism from all staff. They were very thorough and helpful. The hygienist took extra time to explain each procedure, and gave me several suggestions for home dental care (beyond "brush more, floss more"). The office space is not the newest, but it’s obviously clean - just a little crowded and out-of-date. This was my first visit with this office. I had a good experience and I’ll be back for my follow-up.
