I truly appreciate the thoughtful and transparent approach to my son’s treatment plan—every option was clearly explained, with a focus on trying less invasive and more cost-effective solutions before considering more intensive treatments. The entire team, from the front desk to the providers, is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My husband is now a patient, my daughter will come here when she’s old enough, and I plan to return myself if I pursue another round of orthodontic treatment. I highly recommend this practice!

We absolutely love Bates Orthodontics! The staff are so friendly and fun! My second kiddo is in the middle of her treatment and my oldest has already completed treatment. His teeth look great! We have two more that will definitely be future patients here. I am even thinking about treatment for myself too!

Doctor Bates office is very clean organized and takes cares of patients with respect and the upmost care and understanding. I have two kids that attend Doctor Bates. They have individualized plans for each of them. They are always understanding and caring. Alaysia and Malik smiles are on track to becoming braces free thanks to the Bates orthodontist team. 🦷!!! I would recommend anyone who wants to best care for you our family to come see Doctor Bates.

Bates Orthodontics is wonderful! The braces process has been very easy so far. Everyone is so friendly and they are quick to get you in when needed. My daughter has had a great experience with them and I’m so happy they were recommended to us. Will recommend them in the future!

My 8 year old daughter had been seen previously by another ortho office and was being watched on a “recall” status. After her last visit, they recommended we start treatment right away. We came here for another opinion and saw Dr. Philips, who was extremely personable and honest. He suggested we wait a bit before jumping straight into expanders and monitor her growth. Dr. Philips really took his time to explain the reasoning behind his recommendation as well as answer all of the questions we had. I loved how he took his time with us and didn’t make us feel like a number and dollar sign. The office is gorgeous and the staff are all incredibly friendly. Huge shoutout to Kim, Kristan, Jilli and Vannessa for making our experience memorable. :) I highly recommend this office!
