Cleaning 3If I could leave less Stars, I would. Me and my husband went to this dentist for a handful of years. They would wait 6 months to a year to send us more bills, claiming that our insurance didn’t cover certain things. The last straw was when we both went in for cleanings and we were told that we had multiple cavities each. Neither of us have had cavities in 15 or 20 years, at minimum. We went and got a second opinion, where we discovered we had no cavities each. So on top of insurance fraud and billing insurance for things that aren’t necessary or that they did not do, they’re also telling people that they need dental work done that is not necessary. Just another scammer. I’m sure they are making much more money off of the older generation in the area who doesn’t care to get a second opinion because they trust someone they’ve been seeing for so long. 🤬🤬🤬

They suck took my information cleaned my teeth twice and lost my xrays. I canceled all of my appts moving forward and they still sent me a notification for my appt. I don’t know how they stay in business. Just simply unprofessional. If there was a zero star to be had it’s them.

If I could give a zero I would, they had to reschedule so many times, I kept asking to get a false tooth and a bridge but they seem to never want to be bothered with helping me, finally decided to go to another dentist and I called asking for my X-rays and Robin promised to send them but yet again another broken promise. When I went to this new dentist they said I had allot of tartar ( my last cleaning was 6 months ago at Sam English) but the amount I had was more than 6 months worth, also found a cavity that was definitely more than 6 months ago. All that money wasted because they didn’t do what they said they did…so disappointing but I’m glad I left!

This place has gotten terrible. Lost my appointment can’t keep dentists. The receptionist said she didn’t blame us for leaving. I have been a patient for over 15 years now I have left

My family and I went to this practice for about 15 years. As others have been saying, in the last 2/3 years they have dramatically gone down hill. During the maximum height of COVID I came in and could see no one behind the desk were wearing masks. They also allowed patients in the waiting room to not wear masks. If this was a normal store, that would be one thing, but this is a doctor’s office. Very unprofessional. The last time time I went for a cleaning I waited for 15+ minutes (past my appointment time) for someone to appear at the window. I ended up calling out "hello?" and was met by a very annoyed secretary telling me that I needed to wait for her to finish her lunch before she could help me. I ended up waiting nearly an hour in the waiting room before being seen.
