Amazing Team 2Highly Recommended 210/10 Loved this place. My toddler had his first visit at the dentist today. The staff are friendly, the building is clean, and the step up is perfect for kids! Dr. Hoang was quick to see him, had great bedside manners, and worked great with him - he’s almost 2. I’ve already shared their information with a few friends to take their children here.

Shiny smiles is a great practice, me and my niece felt very welcomed and cared for. Ive been to other practices before, but this office felt like the best fit for us! Each visit goes very smoothly, and Dr. Lily is very receptive to her patients. I would definitely recommend this practice!

The website says it closes at 4:00PM but closed early it seems as I entered the location at 1:45 PM. No email sent or text sent as a reminder on the day of the appointment and also sent the text to the wrong number. Wasted my time and kid’s not recommended. I took soo much time to fill the forms and they are not even self explanatory and complicated to fill on the top lost a day. I am writing in response to your reply. Not sure why the text sent to secondary number as the primary number is clearly filled in the new patient form. No one text/call to the secondary phone number unless primary number is not responding. As you mentioned via text that there is an issue with your system in extracting the information. I didn’t put any note to contact secondary number either. Anyway this didn’t solve the issue.

We found this practice last year when my kids were 5 and 7. Return visit today is still as good as the initial visit. The office is very nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and efficient. We literally checked in and got started right away. Dr. Lily is very friendly and she takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. My kids had a great visit with the overhead TV. I’m happy to finish a 2 kid visit in less an hour. I highly recommend this pediatric dental practice.

Lily and her team are amazing. She is professional, prompt, extremely organized and efficient. As a mom of 2, being in and out quickly at visits is so important to me. HER TEAM GETS EVERYTHING DONE QUICKLY AND WITH GREAT CARE. They make sure your little ones have the care they need to put their best smile forward. She is incredible and they make everything sooooo easy.
