I’m new to Dental Artists and can highly recommend them after an initial consultation, which was very thorough, and today’s deep cleaning which was painless! Yes you read that right, there was no pain, ok there was one pocket that I felt some discomfort and Mellissa gave me additional topical anesthetic which resolved any discomfort. On my initial visit I explained to them that I saw a dentist for 35 years, in Northern Virginia, but I wanted to find a dentist in the Fredericksburg area. I asked them to provided an evaluation which they did. The evaluation was very thorough, performing full mouth x-ray as well as additional more detailed x-rays. They checked and measured pockets in my gums and recommended a deep cleaning. Many years ago I had this procedure and to say say the least it was painful. Not this time! Earlier today I had the first half of the deep cleaning procedure and to my surprise it was no different than a regular teeth cleaning. In my initial consultation I had expressed that I did not like needles and was pleasantly surprised when Melissa told me the doctor recommended a topical anesthetic. It worked great! Melissa was very patient with me and made sure that I was comfortable. As I mentioned, on one pocket I did express some discomfort and she gave me an additional topical anesthetic and then I felt nothing. In summary, my initial impression of Dental Artist is EXCELLENT! Thorough, gentle, modern, organized support staff, and clean environment!

The whole staff was great! Brenda was so sweet and patient. Dr.Koheil made me feel comfortable and is truly a dental artist. Maria went over all the details about the services and was pleasant. The office itself is immaculant and serene. I was able to play whatever music made me comfortable for my procedure, which put me at ease. This is top tier dentistry! I look forward to my next visit.

I visited this office in April 2024, and was very impressed with how this Dental Practice was operated. Everything was very clean, the waiting room was comfortable, and every single employee I encountered greeted me with a smile and pleasant attitude. The staff go out of their way to make patients feel at-ease, and I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. Special recognition for Dental Assistants Angie and Brenda. These ladies know their jobs well, are extremely efficient, have amazingly bubbly personalities, and somehow manage to make things comfortable, that are typically uncomfortable. Ask for them by name, and you won’t go wrong!

The office is clean and inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The dentist explained everything thoroughly and took the time to address my concerns. They demonstrated exceptional care in handling my daughter’s dental anxiety. The staff was remarkably understanding and patient, creating a warm and welcoming environment that immediately put her at ease. The dental hygienist was gentle yet thorough during the cleaning. Easily the cleanest my mouth has ever felt. I appreciated the emphasis on patient education for maintaining optimal oral health. They explained every step to myself and my daughter. The seamless appointment process and the efficiency of the staff further add to the positive experience.
