It did take a long time to get my implants in but that’s the way it’s supposed to be so your bone can attach itself to the post. Now that all that’s done I am very happy with my my implants. If you have to get your all your teeth pulled this is the place to do it. They know what they’re doing and they’ll do it right. Thank you

I began my transformation journey with West Valley Dental in the fall of 2024, and from the very first consultation through my extraction surgery and now into the healing phase, I truly cannot speak highly enough of this incredible team. Even though the office is always bustling, the moment you walk through the doors, you’re treated like a priority. The staff is not only efficient and professional, but also exceptionally kind and patient. They go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable—not just physically, but emotionally too. As someone who has carried a deep fear of the dentist since childhood, my experience with West Valley Dental is genuinely helping to heal those past traumas. 5 stars all the way! Today I went in for a consultation for implants, but Dr Hsue said I didn’t need them and came up with a treatment plan to save my teeth and give me the smile I want. I couldn’t be happier! And at a great price (this is not a money grab office)! And I love the energy in the office (definitely a positive vibe)! Looking forward to my treatment and posting before and after pictures!

TLDR: incredibly positive experience, I know I got a really good deal here and I am genuinely thankful for that. Dr Hsue’s reputation, our one on one discussion and the overall vibe of the office sealed the deal for me (Small sign in back “beware of attack dentist” haha) excitedly expecting the coming procedures and dental work to go just as smoothly. PS the staff were all really nice! Jason A Long form: to be continued…. Went in for a consultation for major dental work. First impression was very positive, good vibe everyone working seemed content but professional (usually indicates good employers) I was greeted immediately and confirmed my appointment and sat down to do paper work for my first visit. I was taken back for some scans promptly after finishing up my end (really appreciate appointment times being honored in these environments) the equipment was state of the art far as I could tell, had a full set of scans for the Dr to review within a few minutes and was sat down in a room where I was asked a few questions. Dr Hsue came to speak with me before I had time to feel like I was waiting on someone (really appreciate that a ton) Dr Hsue came across as extremely capable and sincere, we went over my dental history and what work I was looking to have done, I was quickly given a ballpark figure and after some negotiations and discussions with my better half we decided to give West Valley Dental our business. Very positive overall, I am excited and hopeful things go just as well going forward. Jason A

My experience at West Valley Dental has been excellent! Dr. Hsue is awesome—his consultation was spot on, describing exactly how the process has been going. The team is always welcoming and professional, making each visit a great experience. I still have a few appointments left before the final delivery, but everything has been smooth so far. Highly recommend!
