My experience with Dr. Walstad and his OSANT staff in Rowlett has been great. Before my first visit, the staff sent several emails reminding me of my upcoming appointment, which was quite helpful. The waiting area was tranquil with a diverse seating arrangement that included a coffee bar. The office staff, Brandie, Stephanie, Kristi, Courtney, and Tasha, were personable and professional as they greeted me with a smile, answered my questions, made future appointments, and took care of additional needs. The staffs’ time management meant there was no extra waiting for my appointment, which was appreciated. Dr. Walstad was exceptional. He spent quality time with me on my initial consultation and biopsy. When I returned for the results, he explained results clearly and provided future options. His professionalism and demeanor put me at ease immediately. After meeting with Dr. Walstad, I trust his opinion and value his knowledge and expertise. I am confident that I am in good hands.

It’s been years since I’ve seen Dr. Walstad. And I liked him so much that I took my daughter to him for her oral surgery. Unfortunately my insurance changed and we had to find a new Dr. But I’m trying to find out if I can get an appointment with him in one of their offices I’m pretty sure he’s in my network for my insurance. I am so excited!

Dr. Walstad removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth and exposed a stubborn molar for her orthodontics. Next to zero wait time with any of the visits. The entire staff is so professional and caring for their patients. She’s one of the rare "lucky ones" to have the numbing medication wear off quickly. They upped her pain meds in a timely manner and called to check on her twice after her procedure. A few days later she was sent a get well card signed by all the staff, which really warmed her heart! Cannot not recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Walstad was extremely caring and concerned about my situation. I had a problem with an extraction, and basically showed up at 8 am without an appointment because I was in pain. Dr. Walstad juggled his scheduled patients and somehow had time to see me. He got me in and out in probably 30 minutes. 100% would reccomend, both the staff and doctors treated me extremely well, and their work seems top-notch.

Dr. Walstad & his staff are the best! Dr. Walstad was very informative, took his time during consultation & answered any questions we had. Him & his staff made my son feel very comfortable! My son had his procedure on a Friday, & Dr. Walstad took time out of his evening to personally call & check on him! I highly recommend Dr. Walstad, they were the BEST!!!
