I would give this dental clinic zero stars if I could. Dr. Lo just cares about making money and has no regard for his patient’s health to well being. Every time you go in for a routine cleaning he will insist u need to fill cavities or get a mouth guard, shave your teeth or get braces etc. There isn’t one appointment I have had where he didn’t try to upsell, almost seeming like a salesman rather than a healthcare provider. His bedside manners are questionable and left me uncomfortable. The last straw for me was his lack of accountability after a routine cavity filling that led to nerve damage and the eventual conclusion that I now need an extraction to fix his mess. It took him multiple appointments to even diagnose the issue. He was completely nonchalant about messing up and implied that it was meant to happen. If that wasn’t bad enough he offered a discount on a dental cap after my extraction. If you can’t fill a regular cavity then should you even be in business and to act like it was my problem and not his doing only made it worse. If you care about your family’s health, I would highly recommend to avoid this dental clinic at all costs!

Redmond Parc Square Dental deserves 100 stars!! Dr. Lo and his team are incredibly caring, efficient, knowledgeable, and exceptional at their work. I had been seeing Dr. Lo for years, but moved away from the Seattle area about 15 years ago. Since moving I have yet to find a trustworthy dentist (to say the least), so I recently decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lo while in town over the holidays. Even though I had not been to this office in YEARS, I felt taken care of and at home the minute I walked through the door. Dr. Lo didn’t miss a beat! His precision, attention to detail, expertise, and compassion is unmatched. If you have any fear of the dentist, rest assured you will always receive the highest level of treatment and care from this team. I’ve missed this practice SOOO much!! They are the gold standard of dentistry and I could not recommend them enough!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lo since 2018 and I could not be any happier. He and his staff are friendly, talented and caring. Finding a great dentist is very difficult and Redmond Parc Square Dental is the best around.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lo and his lovely team for nearly ten years now. I even moved an hour and a half away and still choose RPSD. Dr. Lo makes things easy and his attention to detail is incredible. All of the hygienists are kind and knowledgeable. The front desk is always prepared to answer any questions regarding scheduling, billing, and insurance. I recently got two veneers crafted by Dr. Lo, Dr. Matt, and Sandy and I’ve never been more confident in my smile! If you’re looking for a pleasant dental experience, I cannot recommend this team enough!

This review is not an exaggeration by any means. I trust Dr. Lo with my life. I used to have the worst experiences with dentist. I have probably tried over 30 dentists throughout my life. I’m not a difficult or picky patient by any means. The issues I had faced with dentists was 1) the feeling they gave me about my terrible quality teeth 2) the awful journey my tooth went through after said tooth was “fixed”. I have been visiting Dr. Lo for over 10 years. Every tooth Dr. Lo has fixed for me has been perfect since. His bedside manner is hands down the best I have experienced. His hygienists are fantastic. He is always up to date with technology and research. My teeth have never felt better or healthy. I can’t say enough. If he has an opening and you’re looking, I HIGHLY recommend
