My dental health needs have been provided by the Doctors and Staff at the Poulsbo Dental Center for many years. Recently, I required two crown procedures. Both appointments were professionally and efficiently performed. My experience, from reception, dental operation, and final billing was painless and world class! All these services are performed in a comforting, calming, friendly and safe atmosphere. The skill exhibited, without waste of motion is always a revelation. My special thanks to Doctor Jenny Thornton and her team!

Service is awesome.... but the waiting room is not the best. The same exact slideshow of clips has been played for years and it’s boring. Think about playing the news or a kids movie.

Drs. Brian and Jenny have been our dentists for many years and they are both top-notch. They not only provide excellent medical care, they also take the time to explain the problems and procedures to us all. My children have no fear of going to the dentist, in part because of the friendly and excellent care that they offer. The receptionists have always been friendly and welcoming; Melanie is great!

Nice dental staff however the reception staff need a little more training on how to greeet people, in that I mean to greet people period. I have been there several times as well as with my husband and daughter, we enter and they acknowledge us sometimes and then we sit and wait for what seems like 15 to 20 minutes. Then they look at us and ask who we are and then check us in. It seems as though the "well known" customers get treated a bit faster and are checked in immediately. Hello, not a surprise I’m sitting in the waiting room, you saw me walk in and the room is pretty small. Not very professional.
