I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shaw and his whole staff! My kids have been patients for years and both love going to see Dr. Shaw. An added bonus is being greeted by sweet Amanda at the front desk. She is also so kind and is always busy cleaning the front to make sure everything looks perfect. She is always quick at getting your scheduled via phone or text and always has so much compassion. All the dental assistants are sweet and gentle. Dr shaw always has a smile on his face and you can tell he loves his job.

Shaw Orthodontics has great staff all around- very friendly and helpful and very accommodating! Dr Shaw gives excellent care and tracks progress weekly. Quick but thorough appointments. Offers competitive pricing and even regular fun patient events that makes you feel like a family!

Shaw Orthodontics is the best! I did Invisalign and the experience was amazing. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. With the Smile Doctor app, I only had to visit the office a few times which was very helpful with my work schedule. My smile looks awesome and I can now floss better. I would highly recommend Shaw!

I Want to give a big thanks to Lowrance Dental for HIGHLY recommending Shaw ortho. The staff is very inviting, and easy to talk to, they explained everything to me, from the beginning to end. Kirsten is very helpful and knowledgeable of my plan that I chose, she also made sure I was comfortable with my decision by highly recommending it by giving me any answers I had to my questions. Also Dr. Shaw came over to me after my scan to introduce himself saying that he is super excited about my new smile Journey and if I had any questions ask away at any time. Once again, it shows you that places like this are such a rarity to find in today’s golden standard of business practices, when it comes to patient and doctor interaction along with its incredible amount of knowledge. I highly recommend this place to anyone Especially with kids from what I can tell they take great care with them as well no matter what.

Just want to thank Shaw Orthodontist Rockwall, TX. I recently found myself having to replace damaged retainers for my teeth. Shaw Orthodontist was highly recommended and I’m so happy for following through. Setting up an appointment with staff was easy and great experience. During the appointment I was welcomed by Shay who prepped me for my exam. I also was received at a prior appointment back in January 2024. During the initial exam the staff are professional and made me feel welcomed and proceeded to help me with my needs. Dr. Shaw is very thorough and very professional and helped me expedite new retainers. Thank you Shaw Orthodontist 5 stars 🌟 I really recommend This office.
