This company is a mess. I had a dental emergency on Thursday and they were delighted to get me in on Tuesday. Did not care too much that I was in pain. I had to go to an emergency clinic. Then, when I tried to follow up with them, their phone system didn't work. So I drove there to speak to someone. On a separate day, I called and made an appointment for my daughter and in the same phone call, made an appointment for myself. They scheduled my daughter at the Rowlett office and me at a the Rockwall office. What a mess!! BEWARE, if you want your teeth cleaned, they cannot promise that they will do it the same day of your appointment...they may not "fit you in" even though you made an appointment. I get the feeling that the goal is to up sell, not to take care of your health. This is like going into a dealership to get your oil changed and they tell you you need a new transmission. The only redeeming quality of this place is the very kind, patient woman at the front desk. Sorry I was so frustrated and that you have to take the brunt of this!

My boyfriend had an emergency tooth problem and the people at monarch dental called around to all their offices just to get him in same day. I called the office just to confirm the appointment and was able to get him in 2 hours ahead. They did a simple extraction the same day!!! He was in so much pain and was immediately relieved after his visit. Everyone is so nice and friendly that we even decided to make it our first choice for all future visits!! We signed up for the smiles dental plan which helped so much with the costs. Absolutely a wonderful office!!

Tameka was so patient and helpful. I arrived prepare, so I thought, but i didn’t have the correct insurance info. She helped walk me through gathering my insurance info by call several different organizations. The dentist and assistant were so wonderful my 6 y.o. Loved them-especially because they told her she should get ice cream after the apt. Thank you all for making what’s normally a negative experience positive for us!
