Root Canal 4Amazing Team 2This was my 3rd visit to Gentle Endo over the past 10 years appreciating the expert endodontic (internal/external tooth & perio/ gum), sensitive, intricate care, examination, diagnosis & treatment by Dr. Vidan Atabacksh at Kent WA. With dental pain requiring endo diagnosis & treatment, a patient truly needs a specialist with skills, experience, technology & counsel to explain & resolve the problem. Dr. Atabacksh has done this for me. I trust & appreciate his dental care.

1 star is a huge compliment for your clinic! your receptionist lady needs to find something else no people related field to work in! messed up with a personal information, how is she even working in this position without basics? no respect, no insurance knowledge, attitude, started to talk about different patient that she thought I am! really?! if you’re messing with some kind of information - I don’t need to know about it, about stranger’s personal experience! my insurance does cover root canal treatment, but she doesn’t know anything about it and kept saying that she already told me everything and I’m confusing her! like what?! so rude! honestly it was my 2 time talking with that lady and I regret that last time I didn’t say anything back because she was continuing to act the same! you need to fix it! read all your reviews and noticed that your doctor is a really good endodontist but it doesn’t really matter if your team member allow themselves to act like that! your rude receptionist is the reason I won’t be back to your clinic & I’ll never recommend it to anyone as well!

My son broke two teeth on his little brother head.. By the time we came to the dentist he was so exhausted at 11yrs old he was ready to get them two teeth pulled out. We initially came for a constellation & after expressing my concerns & a no show we were able to get right in an get his root canal done. Doctor not only made me feel like he heard & understood us he educated me while caring for my son. He made left a very good impact on us both. My son came in looking half dead but left full of life again. Not only do I appreciate Dr he has an amazing team & has earned a lifelong customer. Thank you all so much

My dentist referred me here for a complicated root canal and I had a bad experience calling a different endodontics place where the receptionist was very rude to me so it was so refreshing calling here and the receptionist was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They got me in pretty quick and took care of my root canal for me and did a wonderful job. I loved the assistant and the Dr was very gentle. Definitely felt a family vibe from the staff. I had a great experience overall

I took my daughter here after our primary dentist referred her for root canals. The front desk staff have been helpful and kind to us and have helped us understand insurance. She had a positive experience with her root canal and said it was not that bad. We will be going back for her other root canals next month.
