I have never felt so cared for in a dental office. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist (wife and husband practice) everyone was fabulous. We asked that staff all be masked, and they were. There was continuous sanitation of equipment, and they were knowledgeable about our Humana insurance.

I have been going to First Impressions my whole life and it is truly a family, my family. From reception, to hygienist, to dentist, everyone treats you with so much care and always had your back. I’m so grateful for a dentist that supports me, accommodates my schedule and makes me feel seen and heard. I will be a lifelong client of First Impressions always.

This is the only dental place I trust. I have to drive all the way from Lynnwood to have my regular cleaning all the time. When I moved to Lynnwood, I was kind of worried whom to trust to do my cleaning. I went to one dentist near Alderwood Mall. I don’t know if she is assistant or what but she always frown her face when doing xray, taking BP, and would not even talk to you. She will just come and said can I take you BP.? When I had my second appointment with them to do the cleaning, the dentist took my BP and told me that I have high blood pressure and I have to see a doctor before the cleaning and she can send a referral. I what???? I am ok. I am a nurse assistant and even though am a Banker but I do know my BP. So, I decided to leave and told them to refund my money back. I called back First Impressions again and scheduled appointment. Thank you guys so much. I appreciate the services. Very nice and friendly people.

I absolutely love this family practice. The dental hygienists do such an amazing job. All staff are very helpful and kind. I am very pleased and will continue to tell all my family and friends about this dental office.

Every time I’ve had my teeth cleaned there Camellia does a fantastic job. I’m always impressed that she remembers everything about our last experience and how to take care of me. I too like most people are scared to death of going to the dentist.
