Facility is nice and well kept and all staff are accommodating and friendly. Monthly tightenings were quick and easy in and out thanks to Dr Haeger being well experienced and knowledgeable. Would recommend this for braces or Invisalign.

What a fun, great checkup with Dr. Haegan and team. Office has games we played on the tablet while waiting for our appt. His assistant, Esly retrieved us right on time. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were in & out within 15 min. Talk about efficient. Appreciate the quick & friendly service. Highly recommend Esly and Dr. Haegan’s team.

Dr. Haeger, Dr. Brandon and their staff are wonderful to work with. I have 2 children being treated here, and every time we are in the office, or have to interact with anyone there, it is a pleasant experience. The Doctors take their time to make sure my kids are comfortable, understand what is going on, and make sure they answer any questions or concerns the kids have. If there is any issue with treatment (like a broken bracket, wire poking), they are quick to respond and get you in. I highly recommend this orthodontic office - in either Kent or Maple Valley.

My son and I love everyone at Dr Robert Haeger’s Maple Valley office where we go for all our appointments. It is so close to home it’s practically in our neighborhood. We only went to the Kent office once and it is a beautiful office with a great staff, as well. Special shout out to Dr Haeger, Savannah in the office and also Amie, who helped my son Lucas get through his procedure today! Because of you guys Lucas feels much more confident going to appointments than when we started the process. You guys are AWESOME!! Lucas also really likes the new multicolored hallway lights - fun fun! 😂🤗😇

I truly enjoy this Orthodontics’s practice. They are always prompt and responsive to all your needs and are very professional. The whole staff are friendly and welcoming. I have known Savanna from years ago and it’s nice to see a friendly face when I come in. I also like the fact that I get to have the same wonderful tech Aimee every time I go and have developed a good relationship with her as well. I highly recommend this practice for any orthodontic needs!!
