Dr Norman and staff have been absolutely fantastic in every way. The office is a clean, modern design that smells fantastic, and they offer free cold bottled water and reading material while you wait. Everyone in the office is happy and smiling and so very helpful with any questions we have. They joke around and are absolutely professional all at the same time. Dr Norman is my favorite. She’s kind and intelligent and goes out of her way to describe things in a way where we can understand them. Her passion for her very important work shows in everything she says and does. My daughter has TMJ that has gone undiagnosed most of her life, so Dr. Norman and team came up with a game plan to help her get better in the most cost efficient way possible without surgery. I’m so grateful to her and her amazing team. I highly recommend her for any other parent or patient out there needing TMJ services. We drive well over an hour for this excellent service and look forward to every visit.

Dr. Norman is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had a full mouth restoration and I was a challenging case. She was there for me throughout this process committed to do everything required to make sure they were perfect! Angie is the most thorough hygienist I’ve ever had. Judy who runs the scheduling of appointments always took the time needed to make sure you got beyond the best service. But on top of all of that, they and everyone else that works there are some of the nicest, most fun and caring people I’ve ever met. It’s a pleasure to see them for appointments. I drive from Seattle to Everett which actually isn’t as far as it sounds. It’s completely worth every minute. Oh and my teeth are beautiful. They completely fit my face and look so natural. Dr. Norman is truly an artist as well as beyond technically skilled! I highly recommend their practice.

I came to Dr Norman a few months after a jaw dislocation that left me with a semi-locked jaw. My primary care doctor tried loads of muscle relaxants before referring me for a surgical consult. The surgical center suggested trying ortho first. It’s a very specialized treatment and i was lucky enough to find a fantastic team right in Everett at the most spa-like dentist office I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t a quick fix—it’s a pretty involved process—but they took great care of me throughout.

My wife, two daughters and I have been patients of Dr. Norman for the last 9 years and we have all have benefited from the fabulous dental work that Amy has provided to all of us. The office environment is professional, inviting, safe, and clean along with state of the art equipment. I’ve been to many dentists in my lifetime and none of them are comparable to the exceptional work and attention to detail that Dr. Norman and her staff provide on a consistent basis. You won’t find a better dentist, office staff, or hygienists in the greater Seattle area!
