My child had a great experience at Orthodonic Excellence. The Orthodontist Dr Helena was friendly and competent although we only saw her a couple times throughout the course of treatment. All of the staff there were great. My daughter took weekly scans with her phone and was monitored remotely which was really convenient. Her smile and bite are perfect now. 4 stars instead of 5 because it’s so hard to get an appointment. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, be prepared to wait months.

My son had braces for 3 years and has loved coming here the entire time! Dental stuff can be scary especially when you’re young but they have made this a fun place to be with awesome rewards for good care. I highly recommend Orthodontic Excellence for anyone needing braces!

My 13 yr old just finished her second round of braces at the SH Puyallup office and we are all so thrilled! She has been a patient for 6 years and we highly recommend their services. The entire staff were very passionate about making sure my kiddo was comfortable and always understood the entire process. She never dreaded going to the Orthodontist because the atmosphere is positive, bright, clean, and fun. Thank you for making the process so easy and creating a gorgeous smile!

Both of my boys are current patients at orthodontic excellence. We love the staff, everyone is really friendly 🙂 They also have a points reward system to reward the patient. It’s a really great system to get the kids to really want to do good and keep there teeth clean. The points add up to gift cards! Thanks Orthodontic Excellence!
