I had the pleasure of working here as a temp dental assistant recently! It was a great experience! Dr demonstrates genuine care for his patients and was highly committed to their well-being. I highly recommend this office!

As far as the Dentist and the staff go... omg what a treat to go to the dentist. Very professional and I have received the best care for my teeth in my almost 50 years on this planet. My hygienist was so amazing I almost asked her out for a coffee if I was not a gentleman. Every single person except one was absolutely top notch. Which is where the problem arrives. I called to make an appointment after being overseas for a bit. To my surprise I was told I could no longer be a patient at Olympia family dentistry. When I inquired why I was told I had a past due amount. I said no problem how much do you need? Then the person on the phone very rudely said it was paid. Apparently one of my employees saw the bill and paid it in my absence. I said good. When can I set up my seat appointment as my tooth hurts and I believe I lost the filling when overseas that was put in by Olympia Family Dentistry. She again very rudely and aggressively told me I was not welcome there. I held my composure and said. Ok. So I had a bill and it got paid when I was out of town. Wow. That was last summer. My tooth hurts and I have not found a new dentist yet because I had traumatic experiences when I was a child and I finally found a dentist that I trust and genuinely like. Then I get told by an office person that I am not welcome there. Guess I will put a little oral gel on my tooth and hope I can sleep tonight. I don’t know how long it will take to fall out, yet I shall think of that person on the phone every day till it does. Let me emphasize the entire staff except that one power tripping person, is amazing and I completely recommend Olympia Family Dentistry. Just don’t go out of town and make her mad.

Had a really great experience with Olympia Family Dental. Everyone had a fun vibe, Dr. Kim gave a very helpful explanation of everything and good advice for caring for my teeth properly, and the hygienists did a really excellent job of cleaning the stains off my teeth!

The best dentist office ever! After far too long from my last dental visit (in another town before moving to Oly), my fears of returning to dental health were eased by the excellent care provided by Dr. Kim and all the cheerful and empathetic staff at Olympia Family Dental. They have already done a lot to help me correct not only the damage i allowed to happen to my teeth and gums, but also correct my regular hygiene habits, all the time with compassionately delivered solid facts. I intend to continue my dental health journey with Dr. Kim and crew, and I would recommend you find out for yourself what a positive dentist visit can be with them.

From someone who has had negative experiences at dentists growing up, I have been extremely comfortable and pleased with the care here at Olympia Family Dental. Educating me on whatever the issue at hand is, they have done excellent work and is always going beyond my expectations to keep our teeth in great shape! I recommend Dr Kim and his wonderful team!
