My son and I went for our 6month cleanings, first appointment of the day. Walked through the front door, lady at desk was incredibly rude, I brushed it off as it’s early and she may not be a morning person. My son’s hygienist (Chris) came to get him (she’s always wonderful) I sat down and shortly after my hygienist came and called my name, I got up and followed her. Not that I’m there to make friends but no small talk was had, she showed me the room had me leave my things and said I was getting X-rays. Got X-rays still no talking just direction of what to do. Go back to room, still nothing is said other than I have some build up. Meanwhile I can hear my son and Chris having a grand ole time in the other room. She finishes up, sits me up and I assume she was charting her findings with my teeth and she asked if I want to schedule next appointment (not even turning around to talk) and I say yes, let me grab my phone she tells me next appointment wouldn’t be available until January (it’s May now) I say, you have NOTHING in November:December? Her response….NO, only January. I said I find it hard to believe there’s nothing in November (6months out) she says “no it’s all booked “. Her tone the whole time was super dry. I said “I’m sorry but from the front desk to you have been incredibly rude this morning “ she then says “you were rude to me” mind you I never said anything because I was quite honestly in disbelief on how odd this visit had been. I told her I was being quite because of her energy. She said nothing after that. I left without making another appointment. I understand people go through things in their life’s and we never know what that is but two people in the same office, same day? Unacceptable in a professional setting. Made me feel like it was a problem that I was there. Just TERRIBLE!

Extremely courteous, highly recommended for those with sensitive teeth. Dr. Somonovicz was phenomenal.

1st visit was great. Woman at the front was sweet and helpful. Today the office staff was different and the women there were rude, spent most of the time laughing at a child for not knowing how to work their water cooler and gossiping about other people. They did not seem to care about the patients, their pain or anxiety. All they seemed to care about was getting the $1000 I was charged. They did the 1st part of a root canal on my son and let me know that they dont give pain meds, that he should just take Tylenol. No after care instructions, no warnings, just wanted their money and for us to get out.

I was employed here for almost a year when I was hired I gave the person who hired me a medical excuse to allow me some adjustment period with mornings and being on time. I had just started a medication that affected my sleep. When I started this was not a problem. After about 5 months I got a verbal warning for being late stating next will be a written warning and then terminated. So against my Dr I quit my medication. Today I was fired for attendance? What? Owner said I had multiple warnings lie. The only good thing about the whole office is most of the people are friendly to each other. 2 out of the 10 hygeine lady’s actually do their job. I have had patients get 15 minute cleanings multiple times, and I’m fired with a note from Dr. I would not recommend this place for employment or to receive care. Every day I took 3-5 calls that peoples crowns fell off?????

DO NOT GO TO FALLS DENTAL ASSOCIATES!!!! I had the worst experience with Dr Tessman and Falls Dental Associates.… I have a crown on my front tooth that needed to be replaced. My first appointment was in May! It is still not fixed and it is now November! 7 Months??? I have been in there a total of 19 TIMES there are only 21 avg working days in month. I HAVE HAD TO TAKE A MONTH OFF OF WORK FOR A CROWN REPLACEMENT and it is still not fixed??? It has fallen out over 7 times, they ordered the wrong color TWICE, put it in crooked, I showed up for one appointment on time waited for 10 minutes only to have them tell me that the crown wasn’t ready, and they simply forgot to call me! I have never had issues like this at any other dentist, my previous crown lasted 10 years without a problem, they offer no apologies and aren’t willing to address that this is a problem. It’s frustrating to not know if you’re going to lose your tooth every time you eat. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS!!!!! I asked to speak to a managing partner to explain my situation, and how my tooth was still loose, The receptionist called me back not a partner, she explained how she had talked to both of them one was too busy to talk to me, and the other would call me on Monday…It’s Thursday!!!! And I am leaving town on Monday. Which they are aware of. I now must find another dentist to fix this mess and pay out of pocket!
