Extremely safe and quality care. You will never feel pushed to do expensive procedures that aren’t necessary. Everything will be laid out for you and you will leave with a better smile than when you arrived. Patty is nothing but fantastic and her staff is very good at what they do.

Dr. Erickson and her staff are the best. Had a cleaning yesterday and the safety precautions taken to insure a safe working environment were well beyond what most people would even consider much less try to do. Although COVID has certainly affected their daily way of treating patients, I commend them for being their usual friendly demeanor and highly recommend them for dental care. And the Apollo 13 spacesuit she wore was pretty cool too!

Dr. Erickson & her staff are amazing. The safety procedures and PPE they use goes above & beyond the required standards to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and are doing everything possible to keep you safe, while still providing the highest level of care. Going to the dentist is a delight at North Lake Family Dentistry - I can’t speak highly enough about the skill level and customer care that they provide.

I can not emphasis enough the friendly welcoming atmosphere and attention one is given the moment you walk through the door to check in all the way to the professional, conscientious comforting and thorough exam and cleaning. I was not one whom enjoyed going to the dentist and in fact was turned off by other offices whom treated me more as just a file folder and way to pad their pockets with up selling work, I was lucky (and blessed) a few years ago to get my first appointment at NLD and now greatly look forward to every appointment, knowing that I have the best care and service available. Top staff, top service and top of the charts overall. You can’t go wrong choosing Dr. Erickson and her amazing staff. Can’t Thank Cindy and Doctor E enough for taking care of me. The Beer and Margarita Party Deck is top notch too. ;)
