Apollo Dental Clinic, L.L.C.

As a new patient, I made an appointment for Friday 2/9. I received a text confirmation the morning of the appointment. When I arrived, I find the office is closed and when I called their number, someone answered and told me they are closed on Fridays. What??How did they make the appointment?

A great dentist office. I’ve been here a few times already and in my opinion, they do an excellent job. Thank you, Dr Chhikara and staff.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. The doctor is rude, her office is outdated, everything is rushed. Has one dental assistant running around flipping rooms and answering phones. She asked if I was a dental assistant I told her I was. When she started my daughters polishing I could hear the prophy cup spinning fast and applying a lot of strength while polishing. Which was unnecessary. (Anyone in the dental field knows what I’m talking about). I told her she didn’t have to polish that hard. She then flipped out started raising her voice telling me that just because I was a dental assistant I didn’t have the right to tell her how to polish. That wasn’t the case I was there as a parent and she was hurting my child. I told her to stop what she is doing and I would never go back there. She got even more upset and continue to try and belittle me because I’m a dental assistant said “your just a dental assistant and I’m a doctor”.. that alone is very disrespectful and proves she runs a horrible practice and explains why her assistant was doing a two person job and not being able to prioritize their patients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN JUST FOR A CLEANING. Please do your research before walking into any medical facility.

UPDATE: been going here for 3 years and never had an issue, however, I guess there’s been a change in management or something but they changed their hours. I booked my follow up 6 months ago during my last visit and I’ve had text msgs reminding me of my upcoming appt, yet they never bothered to actually contact me to tell me to change my appt cuz they aren’t open in the morning on my appt day! When I called them while in front of their office I was told " oh I see your name on the calendar but I don’t know why they never called you to change it" I think it’s time to change my dentist They were great, the receptionist was nice, the dentist was great. She was willing to answer all my questions and was honest with her response. They also have a small room with kid toys and my son stayed there while I was being attended and I can hear the staff checking up on him from time to time so I appreciated it. I really enjoyed them and I’m glad I found this office

The dentist was great. The receptionist was friendly. The assistant could have been a bit more engaging. I was sitting in the dentist chair just waiting without being told what she was doing. I guess there was a problem with the computer but was not told until I was moved to another room. However, she wasn’t mean or anything the like. Update!!!!!! I guess because I made a comment about the assistant cause the deep cleaning I was scheduled to have to be submitted twice mysteriously Which cause my insurance to deny the request for treatment. The dentist office never called acknowledging the so called mistake even though my insurance company said they made the dentist aware of the "mistake". Smelling like a little discrimination to me. I even gave them 4 stars at first. Guess that wasn’t enough.
