Came here as a new PT back in September of last year. I was seen here at least 3x. At first, I did enjoy their services, everyone was nice, and my dentist, Dr. Arielle attended to my needs. However, I was later disappointed (while being in the middle of their care as I got a temporary crown done from having root canal and needed to get a new crown and filling) to find out on my own that this place no longer couldn’t service me due to their practice not being able to take my insurance anymore because of choosing to not "renew a contract" and my claim being unapproved per what my insurance provider told me and I had to call their office to double check that and someone from front desk confirmed it with me. I was disappointed because I was never informed and the fact that I HAD TO CALL. Just thought this practice could do a little better in letting their patients know before going in and having to find out that this place no longer takes it. The front office lady that I spoke to even told me, "You can still come in for your appt, you would just pay out of pocket since we don’t take your insurance." That’s the point on why I have insurance, lady. It’s so that my insurance can cover it.
