Dr. Rudd doesn’t stand by his work. I had a crown fail after 18 months and he wouldn’t admit fault - even though minimum requirements through insurance are 5 years. An endodontist confirmed Dr. Rudd did a poor job sealing the crown and sent x-rays to confirm it. I now need $3500 worth of work that would not have been necessary if he got it right the first time. He offered nothing but more sloppy, overpriced work for himself.

Dr. Rudd and his staff were fantastic. Understood my fear of dentist. Because I’ve had not had very good experiences in the area. Very gentle with injection and cleaned up the area of my root canal I had prior to visit from another office and proceeded to finish my crown. I was explained of how long it would be to have my crown made in the office and leave with a new crown right away. Can you believe, same day! WOW!Amazing!No longer the dreadful wait a week or two for a crown and having a temp in.Fantastic JOB Y’all! And thanks Angie for getting me in right away.I highly recommend see Dr. Rudd. I wish they had quieter equipment(Drill) lol. It helps keep my anxiety low. But overall Great experience!😃

Jeremy (Dr. Rudd) has always done right by me. Having crowns made while you wait is infinitely better than painful old fashioned molds and impressions least the temp Crowns that always feel like cardboard. Jeremy (Dr. Rudd) and his staff are very kind, compassionate, flexible and Christlike Godly. I have PTSD related to medical and dental issues from childhood. They have accommodated my preferences and comfort. Perfect? Nobody is. But they are far better than others. I had an old crown break and unable to save the tooth I was referred to an oral surgeon immediately by Jeremy and within an hour the tooth was pulled. Mind you that was difficult but saved my life and time. Broad Park makes a difference in so many lives. I refer many new patients to them. My extended family has also used Dr. Rudd as well - -all with good outcomes and results. Nothing in dentistry is perfect as is medicine. But I trust Dr. Rudd to always take care of my needs and issues or to refer me to someone who can.

This may be the best dentist in the entire world when it comes to care, explaining everything and never making you feel foolish for anything. They took to time to explain what was going on, complete with full on-screen photos of your teeth and the work that needs to be done. Not only that, there are options that have different financial implications and more. Dr. Rudd explained everything and spent at least 30 minutes with us ... and this was a second opinion. The other guy wanted to tell us to get an implant, and pushed us out the door. Our entire family will start to come here from now on.
