Amazing Team 2Poor customer service, difficult to get call back to reschedule. Nice office and staff but this office isn’t focused on the patient. Poor phone automation when calling in. Rarely get live answer and then multiple messages to reschedule. Charged $30 covid fee for their PPP was inappropriate during the pandemic. Profit and not client focused. UPDATED MAY 2024: second consecutive set of appointments that are canceled by the office. They charge $100 reschedule fee if you no show. However, unapologetic staff cancels your appointment. Was given reschedule option for 145 pm arrived on time but treatment didn’t start until 245????

Such a wonderful experience. I had implants done here as well as some other surgeries and I am very happy with the results and the staff.

This is the worst dental office I have ever been to in my entire life. I don’t ever write reviews, but it is absolutely necessary for this one. I went to get my first filling ever. I figured it went well, but just a few days later it was still hurting, so they asked me to come back. Dr. Hayes saw me to fix my filling. He was obviously in a rush or something and literally started shaving my tooth without a numbing agent or anything and it hurt so bad I just told him to stop and I left. Today, I found out that because of that one filling, there is a break in my tooth and now I need a crown. This office lacks professionalism and it actually has made me scared to even go to dental offices anymore because of this horrible experience. It was my first and last time. Wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy.

AVOID this dentist office at all costs. They are VERY profit-driven not patient-focused. I went for an exam and cleaning. They did the exam and x-rays but NEVER cleaned my teeth. Charged me $30+ dollars just to walk in the door. Come to find out my insurance company also paid them $422.....but no cleaning. They actually refused to clean my teeth stating I needed a deep cleaning (more money out of pocket). I got a second and third opinion from two different dentist which stated I did not. Overall the staff was friendly but it’s definitely a rip-off

I would highly recommend Dr. Hayes! My dad is a dentist but I wasn’t able to wait, he’s really picky, rightfully so, & found Dr. Hayes to help me with my extraction. Some general dentists won’t do extractions at all & require you to go to an oral surgeon, which is hundreds of dollars more (although depending on the tooth it may be necessary). The shots didn’t hurt, then after some pressure he asked me if I was ready for it to come out & I said “yes” & he said it’s already out… that’s a great dentist! I had never heard of a bone graph & he did that & so no gaping hole, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, & the staff were amazing helping me get my insurance info verified, appointment quickly since I was in so much pain, & really friendly. I truly feel blessed that I found him!!
