The offices of Ahl and O’Connor are fabulous in every way. Their attention to detail, compassion & guidance while receiving 2 1/2 years of orthodontic care was phenomenal. The staff works not only as a team, but more like an extended family. I am a good bit older than the majority of their patients, but it never affected my service or the kindness with which I was treated. I have received cards of encouragement several times. Multiple staff members have gone above & beyond the typical call of duty. Carolyn, in Milford’s front office, offers exemplary customer service at every visit! I love and appreciate Ahl & O’Connor and I recommend them for any orthodontic care you may need. Thank you forever.

We absolutely love Ahl & O’Connor. We have had 4 children in braces, and each experience with Ahl & O’connor was absolutely awesome. I highly recommend the Milford office. Today we had Chelsie and she was so personable and cheerful. The staff really goes above an beyond for the patients and parents.

Everyone at Ahl and O’Connor is friendly and courteous. They are very knowledgeable in their answers to all my questions and they help make the not-so-comfortable process of having braces as pleasant as possible for my daughter. They have been there every time we have an issue, helping us quickly. I appreciate the staff’s professionalism as well as the fun of their team-building exercises! Highly recommend!

They provided exceptional care for our daughter who had her teeth braces for 2 years and just removed a couple months ago. Very happy!

Both of my kids are patients and we have never had a bad experience. They have been very accommodating with any appliance issues as well. Even though I was not a patient, I had a permanent retainer that broke. I called them and they fit me right in, removed the broken one, and fit me for a new retainer. Great customer service.
