Amazing Team 2Probably dodged a bullet not going here. I called on Thursday at 11:30am and got their voicemail so I left a message requesting a call back to see if they were accepting new patients. Didn’t hear back so I called again the next day at 11:30am. This time someone answered the phone that was less than pleasant to talk to. She stated they were not accepting new patients. But after this interaction I wouldn’t want to go here anyway. Between the unprofessionalism of the staff choosing to not return my call and then the unpleasant tone of the person I had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with I think it’s better for the community that they aren’t taking new patients.

Horrible Horrible experience… do not go with a chipped tooth they do nothing at all. Take an X Ray refer you to a place that does root canals and they tell you the root canal place will give you a temporary cap. Well they don’t so I call back smyrna dental and they say don’t have an open appointment for FOUR MONTHS so you will have to walk around with half a tooth looking like a crack head for FIVE Months. 0 stars for me

Front office provides subpar service and is unorganized. Visited 3 times over the last year and was less than satisfied. They’re one of the only places accepting new patients and there’s a reason for it. Honest review, just the way it is.

Even when my insurance company stated they were not a PPO participant, I opted to remain with Smyrna Dental. The service is warm, friendly and always professional. I always feel like a person, not a patient, dollar sign or non-existent. I love my hygienist Jennie! Both she and the doctor are always consistent and patient. In my 4 decades, I have had a number of dentist. This by is the best for any family!

My experience is always excellent. They provide top notch customer service. Very professional. The dentist knows her stuff and friendly. The hygienist are very thorough. The office is very clean and up to date. The entire staff is amazing. My family and I have been patients there for several years. Not one complaint do we have.
