Originally, I had a hard time getting in here. I would have left a bad review based on that a couple years ago. However, they changed their policy and now you can get in with an emergency. After my initial emergency, I was able to get a follow up and it has been an exceptionally good experience. Dr. Henry and her assistant, Diaz, have been amazing. They work together seamlessly like a good team should. They’ve had a lot of work to do on me because I didn’t go to the dentist for at least 15 years before I walked in their door. They always make me feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend them highly. They do a really good job at minimizing pain as well. Thank you so much for all you do!

Terrible. Will not be coming back. Was on hold for 10 minutes to schedule an appointment until someone hung up the phone.. so I called again and they hung up on me again.. called a 3rd time and a rude girl answered like I was bothering her.. and was giving me an attitude. Can’t ever schedule an appointment with these people because it takes like a year just to get an appointment.. they can’t schedule at all! They have no clue what they are even doing. Just awful.

I’m a little unhappy with them honestly. I went to get some work done and some of that happened until it come time for me to completely be finished and phone call after call and being on the if some body cancelled we will call you weeks turned to months. Well I called almost 2 weeks ago and then I’m told my grant expired and I can’t get my teeth or anything done til I get a new grant.. Boy that put fire thru me... Most of the workers are nice and some what helpful. I’m working on getting my work finished so I can be done bc it’s stressful. So stay on them to get all you need to be done. You call them don’t listen to oh someone will call you on such n such date n time no you call them email and leave voice messages if you have to get what you need done.

I had an appt today at 1130 (drove 35 minutes to the appointment- waited 1 hour - then drove back to work 35 mintues) , I signed in at 1125. Employee #1 at the front desk told me to sign in and have a seat (as she was finishing with another customers registration) then customer #2 came in and did not speak English, she was translating with him on a cell phone. I was assuming I would have been called up at that time to finish signing in/my registration but no employee #1 left for lunch without telling anyone that I was still waiting. After waiting for 1 hour I went back to the front counter to see how much longer it would be. Employee #2 said she heard the other lady call my name before she went to lunch and SHE DID NOT CALL MY NAME (even if she called me 1 time and I didnt hear I would assume she would have called my name again. The supervisor named Hannah came and said since my name was called and I didnt not go to the counter they assumed I was a no show. I explained to her that my name was never called that employee #1 just walked out for lunch after helping customer #2. She told me I wa a liar that she believes her staff (employee #2 - that was not even at the counter when employee #1 left for lunch because she proceeded to complain to employee #3 how she couldnt believe employee #1 just left without telling anyone. Hannah "supervisor" told me there was nothing they can do since I chose not to walk to the window when my name was called even though I was the only other person in the waiting room. Instead of acknowledging that her staff made a mistake and left for lunch before finishing my registration she could have apologized for the confusion on THEIR end, she be littled me by tell me I should have been paying attention. I asked her to just give me another appointment and while she was scheduling that she lectured me that I should have been coming to the window every 10 minutes if I was still waiting (which I didn’t think I needed to tell them multiple times I was there). I again just asked from her to reschedule my appt and rudely she says "that’s what I’m doing) she wrote my appt information on a card and shoved it in my hand. When I turned around to leave she was very loud and snarky "have the fabulous day you deserve" I responded with a "you too" and left. For Hannah to be a supervisor and be rude and unprofessional is bad for business and makes me want to find another dentist. I would like for the corporate office to contact me. I also left a BBB review. This was very disgusting actions by a supervisor!!

I got seen pretty quick when I came in for an emergency. After I received the referrals I then was told they wouldn’t clean my teeth until I got all the problems in my mouth fixed. Let me mention i haven’t had my teeth cleaned since my pregnancy in 2019. so now my good teeth are just rotting away. I just always thought your teeth are supposed to be clean twice a year no matter if you have dental problems in there or not
