Kate is always great with appointments and also with reschedules if needed. Dr. Liu and his staff are caring and gentle. I believe that this is the best practice in Delaware. Keep it up!

Relatively quick appointments and friendly staff. However, the dentist overlooked a second cavity that I had to point out to him. Also, he just recommended that I brush my back molar extra well, even though it has a literal HOLE in its surface. Excuse me, sir, but shouldn’t I have this filled? No matter how hard I brush, any hole would allow bacteria to enter and cause further decay; I don’t want to be in pain by the time you acknowledge this obvious HOLE as an actual cavity! This facility does take routine x-rays, but I never see the dentist using those x-rays to make a proper cavity diagnosis like my prior dentist did. Otherwise, I would think he’d have spot the second cavity, which, not to mention, was a visible black spot.

This was my second time coming to the office. I have major anxiety when getting needles in dental procedures and the entire staff was patient and very nice to me. They even put some things in place so that I could be more relaxed for the next time I came. I’ve never had such a good experience at a office. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Premier Comprehensive Dental the morning after breaking a molar the night before to see if I could get an appointment as quickly as possible. They were able to see me the same day and make a temporary repair and schedule the necessary follow up appointment to provide a permanent solution. The staff is professional, organized, follow all safety protocols and do great work. I could not be happier with their people, Dr. Lui and their service. Absolutely first class and first rate.

Outstanding service. I am fairly new to the area and came here by recommendation of a coworker. From the very first examination, Dr. Liu was able to accurately identify my dental needs. At my request he described possible treatments and associated risks in detail and I have followed his advice with successful results for the past three years. Dr. Liu is knowledgeable as is his team. Kate, the receptionist is sharp and always courteous and the hygienists are outstanding. I am not usually most comfortable around needles or dental work but so far the welcoming staff, office cleanliness, top notch equipment, efficient service and collaboration among their team have made it an enjoyable experience for me. I highly encourage anyone who is looking for an excellent dental service to give Dr. Liu’s office a try.
