Staff was great, but prices are astronomical. No workaround offered to help in anyway. Not even a "well let’s do what the insurance will cover for a cleaning and fillings this year". Nada. I truly can’t afford their ’10 grand plan’, and actually left saying I’ll pull my own tooth. I guess I can’t even afford to have teeth anymore. See ya later middle class, it was nice knowing ya.

I wore my headphones for my own music :) The receptionist was very kind and the sweet woman that went over my estimate treatment plan knowing I was in pain very compassionate and caring I was seen by Sheena Jane Mead very patient kind and gentle after my last experience with another dentist 3 1/2 years ago all the staff took away my fear of dentist ! Thank you aspen dental on Brighton ave.portland for taking me in walk-in emergency I more than appreciate it now I can move forward!

I did have to wait for quite some time in the waiting room for the dental hygienists to be ready, so that was about 15 to 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. However, I was treated with dignity and respect by all the hygienists and doctors who helped me that day. I’m terrible with names, so I don’t recall who, but all three Aspen staff were kind, informative, and to the point about the care I needed. Plus, they have a great overhead sound system and music at the Brighton Ave location. 👍

I have been going here for years. I have never been happier with a dentist. They are advanced in modern technology. They are very timely and courteous. Very very knowledgeable in advanced dentistry. Prices are very fair. If it’s a big job you need, they have financing. I had to use it once and it was effortless.
