Let me start by saying I really dislike going to the dentist! But my teeth are very happy I found Dr. John and Pear Tree Dentistry. From walking into the very pleasant waiting room without that telltale dental office smell, to the ladies in the office that are very kind and helpful, and being greeted by the dental hygienist who will care for you, I can assure you that you will be happy with your experience. I have Alyssa - who is just amazing! My teeth are very happy when I leave because she does such an awesome job. And Dr. John is wonderful as well. He takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend this team, especially if you are as nervous about going to the dentist as I am. I am a senior citizen and have experienced many dental offices in my life and I would put this one at the top of my list as one of the best!

My Daughter saw Dr. Skvorak today for a few fillings she also has a rare health condition to be aware of. I can’t thank him and Debbie enough for the patience and diligent oversight caring for my daughter. The entire office is always so kind. It’s quite rare these days to have an entire team in the medical field to show this kind of care. I highly recommend this office. Thanks Pear Tree. Grateful mom.

Pear Tree Dentistry is awesome! Dr. John, the hygienists, and the administrative staff are friendly, caring and professional. They provide top-notch service using their state of the art equipment. Having been to several different dental practices during my 60 years, Pear Tree Dentistry is by far the best and I’m so glad a friend recommended them to me.

I’ve been coming to Pear Tree since moving to Maine 5 years ago and they’ve taken great care of my dental needs since. The office feels modern and clean; staff are friendly and professional and always take time to answer questions and explain things so I can take better care of my teeth between visits. Danielle and the other hygienists that I’ve seen have all been kind, gentle, and professional during every visit.
