Been coming for years, since Dr. Howard was operating. I pay out of pocket. $132 for the cleaning which is fine. $70+ for an “exam” that’s needed “yearly”. Did the exam last time (6 months ago), but they did it again this time because my gums were “irritated”. The Dentist came in and confirmed they were, asked if anything else was hurting, and left. That was the “exam” they charged for. Because the dentist came in. They advised I could have declined. What should I have done? Yelled at him to stop at the door? “DONT COME IN HERE! I DONT WANT TO BE BILLED”. It’s not right. The fact they do this and charge it to the insurance companies is bad enough. They know I don’t have dental insurance and pay out of pocket. I have no problem paying what I came in for, but 30 seconds with the dentist for an additional charge isn’t right. Nice Rolex by the way….

I love this dental office. They are kind, gentle, and efficient. I was in and out in an hour for my exam and cleaning. Also their office decor is so cute. No dental anxiety here!

I went to Cumberland Dental Arts just for a second opinion. The opinion was the same that I got from the other dentist. The difference; the staff at CDA genuinely care and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. You can tell they love what they do and that’s rare now. I am not nervous when I go to the dentist anymore. Thank you all for your amazing smiles and energy ❤️ you make my day when I go!
