Room my daughter was brought into was dirty(floor not vacuumed)looked like a mouse chewed up wood all over the floor.,The light overhead was broken(half of it wasn’t working) they didn’t have a light below to look in my daughters mouth. The tech who my daughter saw before the doctor was very nice,The lady at the front desk was rude and had an attitude from the very moment I walked into the building.

Excellent experience. Staff professional and friendly. Office is pristine. Dr. Murray explains all and works carefully and quickly. I’m there for braces. Techs are excellent and stellar appearance. Patient, kind answering or explaining what they must do hundreds times a week and treat me respectfully as an individual. I trust this office and staff . I go to Sanford office . Thank you.
