Where to start. My wife was referred to great bay oral surgery and at the first appointment he barely looked in her mouth and did not fully cover what the referral requested. We stayed with them to remove the tooth only because she could not wait any longer as the pain was severe. The day of the appointment he put her IV in without gloves on! In the following days she called due to excessive pain and the day of her follow up called to inform the doctor that there was something wrong. She was met with a very rude staff member who was not willing to inform the Dr. and rudely said tell him when you get her. She did he didn’t care and did nothing. She immediately left and got an emergent appoint with her normal dentist where she needed 20+ minutes of grinding on the adjacent tooth do to collateral damage. If you can wait run from this place.

If you need an oral surgeon look no further. My 12 year old Son had 4 teeth extracted by Dr. Albert today. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The Doctor and his staff were gentle and caring. The whole experience was perfect for a child that hates the dentist.

The only reason I am not leaving a review of 0 Stars is because 1 is the lowest rating possible! I was just informed by my son through casual conversation that his experience here was horrible. He had talked a little about this however, that was 3 years ago and is now 18. As a fifteen year old, he was a lot less elaborate and descriptive. Now, able to explain his situation better, he has revealed to me that they took his wisdom teeth out while he was not fully sedated by anesthesia. He was fully aware of what was going on and trying to tell the ones attending to him that he was in great pain. He couldn’t fully voice this because his mouth was full of objects inhibiting him from speaking. He was flailing his arms and screaming in pain. This new information has left me infuriated and I"m left to wonder why this is allowed to happen and curious as whether it still is! Exploring possible options on how to move forward on a complaint...

So kind, efficient and thorough! I wasn’t rushed. Dr. Auty and his associates took time to listen, advise and reassure. I am not a fan of dental procedures but they made it comfortable and lighthearted. I would never go anywhere else!

Dr Auty was professional and put my mind at ease. I have never been one that loves the dentist or having any sort of work done on my teeth so when I found out all of my wisdom teeth needed to be extracted I was terrified. From my consultation to the follow up a week after, I have been so impressed with the care I received. The surgery was a breeze and Dr Auty and his staff were incredible. I would recommend them to anyone!!
