I should’ve left this review 5 YEARS ago and I’m horrified to see Dr. Ralph Ergas is still in practice. Wish I could leave less than one star!! Looking at recent reviews I can see there’s been no change to this man or the staff he works with so I don’t feel bad finding every possible way to review him or his work places and make sure nobody has to go through what we did. I’ll never forget the name because I’ll never forget the cries, the pain, the torture, the ptsd following one single appt here. Forced my child in alone without me, did work the same day without speaking to me, strapped my scared 3yo down and gave him medicine (our bill showed codeine) in order to keep him calm for the novacaine shots WITHOUT my consent or knowledge, told me the appt was taking longer because he was a new patient and that he was so comfortable that he had fallen asleep. When he finally came out he was mortified, delusional, had to be carried out crying and scared with a mouth full of gauze. When confronted by proof on our bill to insurance and what my 3yo had told me they denied it and said my son was a liar and scared for no reason. LIES, DECIET, LIES AND MORE DECIET!! This man and his employees have no morals and should not be working with ANYONE, let alone children. If you even have a speck of love/respect for your children, their health or just their general wellbeing at all do them a favor and RUNNNNN!

Every time i went in it would take less than 15 minutes from the second i walked in to leaving. I was also told everything was great and all of the xrays looked good. The moment i switched dentists I magically found out i had cavities that would’ve taken years to form. If it was up to me, Ergus would not be a practicing dentist and especially a pediatric dentist.

Under no circumstances will my child go in a room with strangers without me or my husband or someone I know and trust. Huge red flag!!! I left immediately once they started arguing with me about it. 1. This is a children’s dental office no one should be raising tones or speaking the way these people do. 2. If I wanted your opinion on my own teeth I would have made an appointment. Stay far far away. 3. They tried to charge me for a visit that didn’t happen. We found a great dentist who’s amazing with kids and your allowed with them. If you want a better more child friendly dentist try Dr. Kyle limatiien 5 min up the road. Super friendly amazing staff

I was horribly disappointed and disgusted with how my daughter was treated. She wasn’t spoken to like a person, and I was asked 3 times if she was on medicated for adhd. Two times it was insinuating that they think she should be on medication. My daughter has an anxiety disorder from abandonment and fear of the dentist. Just because she couldn’t sit still does not mean she has ADHD, anxiety causes very similar side affects. When approached they defended their behavior instead of apologizing and seeing how their approach was wrong. I do not recommend anyone take their child here. Being a health care provider I feel very strongly you do not try to diagnose people out of your scope. Truly disgusting behavior, and even more disgusting to defend the behavior.

Would not recommend. Child sat on a chair that had wet ink on it from another appointment from a previous day which should not have been there if the chair was cleaned between patients as it should be. If they are not cleaning their chairs what else are they not cleaning? They applied a fluoride treatment to my children’s teeth without asking me first. I found the staff to be unpleasant and unprofessional in the way they talked to and about patients and their parents. The dentist actually told the dental assistant he needed help with another mom with "unrealistic expectations" in front of me and my children. This practices policy of having parents sign a form acknowledging their no parents during treatment policy made me incredibly uncomfortable, especially once I saw how the dentist and staff interact with kids.
