Dr Burrows is the old time dentist that will help work out a plan and not do dental work that is unnecessary. I have had dentists in the past that would say, "You need x,y and z done. When can you have the several thousands $ to pay for it? It needs to be done within a week or two". I highly recommend Dr Burrows.

They went out of network in oct. 2015 and did not bother telling their patients about it. According to the rude and unprofessional desk help, Lisa, they sent out ONE letter. I never received a letter nor any other form of info about this matter, I would have found a new Dr. who takes my insurance, if I had known about the change. How hard is it, to tell your patients when they make an appointment that your policy has changed?! Also the treatment I received was of poor quality. •Tooth extraction- unsuccessful! I was sent to a different Dr. MID PROCEDURE. (Took the other Dr. 2 minutes, literally 2 minutes to extract it). •Fillings- so very poorly done. I can’t bite down properly, the tooth is extremely sensitive (which it was not before) and on one side there is a hole in the filling! It is incomplete and looks terrible. The whole Burrows and crew experience has been very upsetting.

I have been a patient of Dr. Burrows now for over ten years. He is probably the best dentist that I have had (I’m 66, so that says something.). Dr. Burrows is extremely knowledgeable and gentle (Did I mention that I am chicken when it comes to dental work?). His care and compassion are reflected in a knowledgeable and courteous staff. Burrows practice is everything that you would want to find in a small dental office. For those who are turned off by the large, impersonal dentistry that is becoming more prevalent in this area, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Burrows and his team.
