I have been going to this practice for more than 20 years and I would never consider going anywhere else. I swear if I moved across the country I would fly back twice a year. The minute you walk in the door it’s like family. Julie is the most lovely, caring and delightful human being, when I saw somebody gave a one star review I had to make sure to come on here for a rebuttal. First of all, they are VERY flexible with appointments, it can be tough to get in for a cleaning if you cancel but anytime I’ve had to it was no problem, I got on the cancellation list and was in usually the next week. I have NEVER been charged for cancelling an appointment, probably because I’m a decent and reasonable person. Furthermore, they are not money hounds and will not haunt you for the 12 dollars you didn’t realize wasn’t covered by your insurance. You’ll get another bill (and of course eventually pay it) but I can’t imagine how ridiculous you’d have to be for them to turn you over. I love Maureen and the Doctor and always feel at ease when I know I have an appointment coming up. Earlier in the year, I was the last appointment of the day and my tooth needed to be sealed. Rather than having me go through the hassle of coming back, they stayed late and did it for me right then and there. When I had my first filling at 25 and was a huge baby about it the doctor made it through with grace and charm. Everybody at this practice has a warm heart and a great sense of humor, please don’t let one bad review impact your decision to give them a try. I will be heartbroken when any one of the crew here retires. Thanks for the cleaning and putting up with my sass and lack of flossing team ❤️
