Dr. Ho is so gentle and considerate in every aspect of the process, and really takes the time to explain what she is doing. There is even a form you fill out before hand that asks about your feelings towards the dentist, and any specific fears or discomforts. She is completely non-judgmental about whatever state your teeth are in, and all of her staff are great!
