The Family Dentist and Dr. Smith are a very caring staff of people that are amazing. They got me right in for an appointment that I needed at the last minute. They always go the extra mile. The treatment and care that you get at their office is top notch. I have been going to this office for well over 10 years and it’s always been a great experience.

I cannot recommend this dentist office enough! I was looking for a dentist closer to home and I am so happy I came across this one online. Everyone is so nice from the moment you walk in the door and instantly makes you feel like family. They take the time to sincerely listen to you and your concerns and do everything they can to address them. I really admired the fact that they described what they were doing throughout my entire initial evaluation and cleaning. I really value the educational information I gained throughout the visit and what I can do at home to ensure I’m taking care of my teeth, the best I can. If you’re thinking about going to a new dentist, choose this one! :)

I rarely write reviews but I have been a client at the office of The Family Dentist for over 15 years. I kind of want to keep this office a secret (lol) as it is THAT phenomenal in terms of dental care, customer service, and a friendly and clean environment. Over the years, I have experienced some dental emergencies and the staff have always been able to get me in quickly to address my dental concerns. If you have any dental fears, Dr. Smith and Julie with all of the team are the best and I promise you will have a positive experience with them. I cannot thank this team enough for all of the support and care they have provided to me over the years. And, for keeping my teeth in tip top shape. So much gratitude to everyone who works at The Family Dentist! You all make a difference, for the better. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would do so!

I have been going to this office for over 13 years. No matter how far I move I will continue to come here. It’s hard to find a good dentist and not only is Dr. Smith absolutely amazing but every single staff member is also amazing! They are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and really listen to you. You will feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door! I am confident that I am getting the best dental care at the family dentist!

Everyone knows that it’s hard going to a dental office for the first time. I’d like to give The Family Dentist, Dr. Alexander Smith a 👍💯 great review! The Office Manager, Melissa, really drew me in during our initial phone conversations to schedule an emergency exam. She is awesome! So very considerate and polite! EVERYONE at The Family Dentist was friendly, helpful and professional. You will be in the best care if you are treated there!
