Do not even attempt to make an appointment. The staff and dentists are courteous and friendly but dental care is not good. My husband was always being badgered to buy new products or have procedures he really did not need. He had a new crown put in and it fell of twice. I had partials made however they did not fit properly. The dentist tried 3 times to fix them to no avail. They are so uncomfortable I can’t wear them. A waste of my time and money. That’s not the worst of it. I had a 09:30 appointment today. I did not receive the usual text message to confirm that appointment so I called to check and the number kept dropping after one ring. Come to find out that the office had closed with no notification what so ever to the patient. Mind blowing 🤯.

I took my kids and I to this dentist for a few years and they were ok to start with. I opted a year ago to have my teeth straightened using invisalign. This is where things feel apart. The whole process was miserable from ignoring my concerns which ended up being valid concerns which if they would have addressed them may have prevented from having to get new aligners during my last week. Additional they cannot keep a dentist at this location and had appointments I had set up cancelled constantly. They ended up transferring me over to Forney Family Dentistry which is owned by the same dentist. They are no better aligners would get shipped to the wrong location, no communication or call backs. I decided to walk away without completing my treatment. Avoid at all cost please.

This dentist had us wait in the lobby over an hour after our appointment time. The teeth cleaning was fine, but she tried to tell us my daughter needed 11 teeth filled! I took the x-rays from her office and went back to our regular dentist in Plano....my daughter has no cavities and doesn’t need anything filled! She also tried to tell me one of my root canals needed a new crown because bacteria could get under the existing crown. What she failed to see was that it was filled on that margin and thus fine. No decay whatsoever! My regular dentist said it’s totally fine. This dentist is just out for as much money as she can get in my opinion. Beware!!!

Do not go here! Not only did they try and sell me everything under the sun, they lied about my dental health. I ended up getting some fillings done here and they came out within 6 months. So not only are they trying to make a buck, they do bad work! Oh and to top it off they don’t know to bill and overcharged for their shoddy work. Wish I had trusted my gut and gotten a second opinion before they did any work.

The dentists and staff are nice but I had to have a root canal and they did not inform me that the dentist I was seeing would not be the one doing the root canal. After prepping the tooth another dentist came in to do the root canal and had me sign a paper which said he is not in network. I felt like I didn’t have a choice but to sign the form and have the root canal since the tooth was drilled on or whatever they do to prep the tooth. Another thing is my temporary crowns (I had 3) fell off 2 times and my permanent crown fell off once and I’m actually going to another dentist tomorrow because one of the crowns I got at this office 2 months ago is causing severe pain. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
