Great Experience 2Highly Recommended 2Although I was treated well by every member of the staff that I interacted with, and although I was impressed with the use of state-of-the-art dental technology, I did not end up getting a partial replacement as planned today. The person I talked with on the phone to make the appointment was a wealth of misinformation on top of the fact that a $500 discount, advertised online, was not honored. Disappointing.

The staff at Aspen Dental are exceptional. Office staff Katelyn, Stephanie, Hygienist, Caitlyn Riley and Dr. Kate Morley were the kindest most gentle people. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!

Just so you know what you’re getting into with this place, they will try to put you on their financing (which has an insane interest rate). If you need to reschedule, their earliest appointments are months out. If you pay for things ahead of time, they will try to trick you into paying again (this happened 3 times). If you are late to your appointment, they will say they can’t see you and rescheudle you for months away. Don’t trust these people or this company. Go somewhere else.

I had a great experience at aspen!! My nurse was the best I have ever experienced. She was professional, friendly, welcoming and most off all, she was Very assuming. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to aspen dental in rutland Vermont!!!

Very empathetic and knowledgeable staff. I went in for an X-ray and they were also able to fit me in for a cleaning the same day due to another patient cancellation. I was very pleased and all of my insurance coverage and bill were explained very clearly. My favorite thing about Aspen dental is that they don’t shame me for not keeping my teeth in perfect shape like my old family dentist, instead they educate.
